A California nonprofit, 501(c)(3) status pending — we're inviting founding foundation partners and supporters to build with us.

Support our work

Help us build for the patients the system wasn't built for.

CercaHealth Foundation is a lean, mission-first nonprofit in its founding year. Your support keeps our patient-facing programs free, seeds new programs, and funds the quiet, unglamorous work of serving families the system left behind.

Support growing into care — a heart and new growth rising from open hands
An honest note on giving — please read. We're a California nonprofit with 501(c)(3) status pending. We're not yet accepting online donations, so we won't imply gifts are tax-deductible before they can be receipted. What we are doing now is gathering pledges — of participation and of support — from the founding partners and donors who want to move first. A pledge today, in any amount, helps us reach the milestones that open giving to everyone.

Ways to help

Choose the piece of the mission you want to move.

Every option below is an outcome. Specific budgets are available on request — we'll match your interest to a real, fundable line.

Program

Underwrite a disease module

Fund a program tuned to a specific community, so patients with that condition get help built for them.

Launch

Sponsor the launch bridge

Cover the hosting and infrastructure that carry a program from beta to a live public service.

Access

Fund a patient-access pool

Help patients who can't pay use our tools — keeping powerful support within everyone's reach.

Operations

General operating support

The most valuable gift in a founding year — flexible support for the work funders rarely cover.

Partnership

Become a foundation partner

If you lead a disease organization, co-brand and fund a program for your community.

Expertise

Lend your expertise

Clinical, technical, legal, or philanthropic guidance from people who know this world is as valuable as funding.

What your support unlocks

Small, leveraged, and honest.

Leverage

Every free tool we prove becomes the backbone of co-branded programs with disease foundations — one build, many communities served.

Discipline

A solo-founder, unpaid-in-year-one operation means your support goes to the work, not overhead. We choose the lowest-cost, legally sound path every time.

Trust

We disclose our affiliated for-profit, publish a conflict-of-interest policy, and verify every public statistic before we print it.
