A California nonprofit, 501(c)(3) status pending — we're inviting founding foundation partners and supporters to build with us.

For foundations, health systems & funders

Build the program your community needs.

CercaHealth Foundation partners with mission-aligned foundations and health systems to design automation- and AI-powered programs for their communities. We start by listening — to your mission, your community, and the friction they face getting care — then build the right solution: enterprise-quality, at nonprofit cost, co-branded in your name and run entirely by us.

What a partnership is

Your mission, delivered as a program we build with you.

We don't sell software off a shelf. Our first program, Clean Meds Finder, shows what we can build — but the right program for your community might be it, an adaptation of it, or something new we design together. Either way, we tune it to your community, co-brand it in your name, host and run it end to end, and report the impact back to your board and funders.

Turnkey & co-branded

A disease-tuned program in your name — nothing for your team to build, buy, license, or maintain.

Built, hosted & run by us

Platform, automation, security, accessibility, data quality, and support are ours. Your team stays with patients.

Board- & funder-ready proof

A live dashboard and quarterly reports — we measure what we can prove, and never claim what we can't.

An example

One friction we already remove.

Clean Meds Finder is one program built on this model. For sensitive patients, the "inactive" ingredients in a medicine are often the part that triggers a reaction — and finding a tolerable formulation means reviewing government drug labels by hand. Clean Meds Finder does that instantly. Your community's friction may look different; the approach is the same.

Commonexcipient reactivity is a frequent cause of medication intolerance in mast cell disorders1
39%of common drug listings carried inconsistent inactive-ingredient data2
~70%of a medicine's bulk is inactive ingredients3

The scope of our work

Start with the core. Add as your mission allows.

For a medication-safety program, the scope might grow like this — and we tailor the mix to your community. A different program starts from a different core.

  • Core — the community medication-safety program
  • Education — plain-language guides, webinars, provider tip sheets
  • Point-of-care — a clinician-facing view in the care workflow
  • Navigator — a "safe medications" starter list for the newly diagnosed
  • Community insight — aggregate, de-identified reaction patterns

How it's funded

Fits the funding you already use.

Deliberately affordable, with founding-partner rates for early adopters. Programs typically map to a program or operating budget, 340B reinvestment, federal patient-services funds, a product-neutral educational grant, or a community/health-foundation grant.

Transparent by policy. We disclose our affiliated for-profit, CercaLabs, in every funder-facing document, with a written conflict-of-interest policy — and route binding language to counsel.
